* Utilizar protecciones adecuadas (casco, muñequeras, coderas y rodilleras), zapatos adecuados (cerrados y que se deslicen poco) y sacar de los bolsillos objetos duros y afilados
* Andar sobre pavimento liso y alejado del tráfico, de preferencia en un recinto habilitado para su práctica.
* Sé cuidadoso al momento de realizar saltos y hacer trucos, sobretodo si son nuevos.
* Realiza un calentamiento y ejercicios de flexibilidad previo y posterior a la práctica.
* No utilices celulares durante la práctica
* No subir a más de una persona sobre la table
* Tener consideración por los demás riders, sobretodo si son más jóvenes y menos experimentados
* Prepárate para saber siempre qué hacer en casos de emergencia. Mantén la calma y comunícate con un servicio asistencial.



¿Qué hacer frente a una lesión?
* Mantener la calma
* Colocar hielo sobre la zona afectada
* Mantener la zona afectada en reposo en una buena posición, en lo posible en alto y con un vendaje compresivo
